Tell others about your HIV testing activities

We would like to encourage partners, like you, to share your HIV testing event activities so that the HIV community can easily learn about your activities. For each National HIV Testing Week USA event location, you can share times, event materials and media.

Each event entry may share one PDF document and if your project is associated with a YouTube video, you may add the video to your listing by supplying the video URL (eg,

People will be able to search for events in their state using the Browse events link on the menu to the left. Additionally, your event will have its own social media friendly event page (example).


How to upload your HIV testing materials

Please note that your submission will be reviewed by the site administrator and you will be contacted by email using the address that you have provided, so please make sure you input your email address correctly.

When including a brief description of the materials or initiative you are wishing to upload, please try to include the following information (where relevant) and complete the fields in English:

  • What the material or initiative is
  • The target audience
  • What you did
  • Who was involved
  • How it was evaluated

We apologize that we currently cannot accept submissions in languages other than English.

This is where you can let folks know what type of event you're hosting, who it's targeting, who's putting it on, a public contact number and where this event will be taking place.

Step 2: Date and Time

Here is where you can set specific times for your event. For instance, if your event is in one location and will be at that location for 3 days, for 4 hours each day, here you can select the days of your event as well as beginning and ending times.

Step 3: Multimedia

This is where you can upload a PDF document about your event, include a YouTube video (about your event or organization) by entering the YouTube video URL and add your event website to your entry.

Step 4: Note Your Unique Event Number

After you submit your event information, you will need to reference this Unique Event Number (UEN) should you wish to update or change your event information.
